Damage and returns
If your item arrives broken or damaged, contact me within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. I will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Every item is made to order, so returns are not accepted for a change of mind or custom personalization mistakes.
I pack every order so pieces can't shake loose. I'm not responsible for parts that go missing after the package is handed to the carrier, so please open it carefully and check all the packing material.
