Shipping

Shipping is added before secure checkout, with the charge shown in the cart. Orders currently ship to the United States and Canada. For custom-print requests, shipping is listed separately from the print price and is added before payment. The stated production time is before carrier transit. Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and destination.

If B's 3D Printing cannot ship within a stated time, the customer will be contacted with a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund of unshipped items.

Made-to-order prints and cancellations

Every item is printed after it is ordered. Custom-print estimates are ballparks until the file, material, color, and print requirements are reviewed. A quote is not an order or a commitment to print; the final price and timeline are confirmed before a custom job starts.

For a paid made-to-order item, contact us promptly if you need to cancel. If production has not started, the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellation and refund options may be limited because labor and materials have been committed.

Damage and returns

If an item arrives damaged, contact B's 3D Printing within 7 days with photos of the item and its packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Because prints are made to order, returns are not accepted for a change of mind or mistakes in customer-provided personalization. Contact us first if something is wrong with an order.

Every order is packed so pieces cannot shake loose in transit. B's 3D Printing is not responsible for parts that go missing after the package is handed to the carrier. Please open packages carefully and check all packing material before reporting a missing part.

Privacy and design files

When you request a quote or place an order, B's 3D Printing collects the information needed to respond, fulfill the order, provide support, recognize returning customers, and apply eligible discounts. This can include your name, email address, order details, shipping address, and optional design file.

• Payments are processed through Stripe; B's 3D Printing does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Quote and order notifications are sent by email so the business can respond and fulfill requests.
• Uploaded design files are stored for quote review and are restricted to the admin workflow. They are not public downloads.
• Information is not sold or shared for advertising. It is disclosed only to services needed to process payments, send email, host the site, or ship an order.

You may request access to or deletion of information connected to your order or quote by emailing [email protected]. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal purposes. When complete deletion is not possible, information that is no longer required will be removed and B's 3D Printing will explain what must be retained.
